STRAWBERRY PIE GLAZE
This recipe can also be used as a topping for waffles and pancakes
1 pkg. strawberry kool-aid
4 T. cornstarch
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. cold water
Mix together kool-aid, cornstarch, and sugar. Add water and bring to a boil. Cool. Add sliced strawberries and put into baked and cooled pie shell. Chill. Top with whipped cream before serving.
To use as a topping for waffles and pancakes; cool. Add berries and spoon over waffles or pancakes.
