These muffins are a family favorite!
To make these, you use Krusteaz Basic Muffin Mix (5 lb. box sold in the previous post)
This is one of the only ‘JUST ADD WATER’ Muffin Mixes available.
They are incredibly easy to make, since you only need to add water to the mix, pour it into the muffin tins and pop it into the oven! They are delicious with simply adding water.
But, we like to change things up a bit and add to the mix. For these, we add 1 cup of orange juice (NOT concentrate) instead of water and add in a cup of dried cranberries (craisins) for the ‘small batch’.
Mix the craisins and orange juice with 3 1/2 Cups of Muffin Mix (again, the ‘small batch’ portion)
Once mixed, pour into a greased muffin tin, or use liners (like below). Fill about halfway.
Cook at the temperature indicated on the box, depending on your pan size.
Serve with butter to make them extra delicious!
