Creamy Tomatillo Dressing Recipe to go with our Hormel Pork Barbacoa

Creamy Tomatillo Dressing
3 fresh Tomatillos, husked, washed and quartered
1 pkg. buttermilk ranch dressing mix
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. fresh cilantro leaves
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/4 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
1 T. fresh lime juice (about l lime)
1/2 tsp. cumin
2 drops green Tabasco sauce
1 T. sugar

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Use less buttermilk for a thicker dressing. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to let flavors blend. Serve with Lime Cilantro Rice and Hormel Pork Barbacoa.
