
1 Tbl Margarine
3 Tbl Cocoa or carob
1/4 C Hot water
1 1/2 C Powdered Sugar
Bring margarine, cocoa and water to a boil. Remove from heat and mix in powdered sugar until it reaches a spreading consistency. Ice one side and dip in chopped nuts, sprinkles, flake coconut, or your choice of topping.
Doughnut Glaze
1 lb Powdered sugar, sifted
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/3 C Milk
Combine ingredients and blend thoroughly. Spread on doughnuts.
