This is a delicious way to use your 10" Parbaked Pizza Crusts!
Ingredients:
1 10" Parbaked Pizza Crust
1 small tomato
Cilantro (if desired)
2 chicken breasts
1/2 red onion (or less)
1 tbsp olive oil
Dash of Salt
Fresh Mozzarella
Barbeque Sauce (just use your favorite!)
1. Dice thawed chicken breasts & add to a 1/2 cup of barbeque sauce
2. Saute Chicken until fully cooked
3. Drizzle olive oil on thawed Pizza Crust & spread over entire crust.
4. Sprinkle a little salt on the crust.
5. Add a thin layer of barbeque sauce.
6. Slice Mozzarella and put a thin layer across crust.
7. Add half the diced chicken and as many thin slices of red onion as you would like. Spread evenly.
8. Add diced tomato and chopped cilantro.
9. Sprinkle some grated mozzarella cheese over the top (as much as you desire).
10.. Add the rest of the chicken and spread evenly.
(I also added a few more dollops of Barbeque sauce on top for good measure)
Bake @ 375 for 11 minutes
