Popcorn Recipes

KARMEL KORN SURPRISE
everyone will want this recipe!!!

16 cups popped GOLD MINE POPCORN
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. butter
1/2 bag of Reese's Peanut Butter Chips
1/2 bag of Milk Chocolate or Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 bag of miniature Reese's Pieces

 Heat oven to 300 degrees.  Melt butter in medium saucepan on stove top.  Add brown sugar and corn syrup.  Bring to a boil; boil 3 minutes.  Take off stove top and add 1/2 tsp. baking soda and 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract.  Mix until foamy.  Pour syrup over popcorn and stir to coat.  Spray cookie sheet with Everlight Pan Coating.  Pour popcorn onto cookie sheet.  Bake for 15 minutes.  Pour popcorn out to cool on waxed paper.  Melt Peanut Butter Chips.  Drizzle over popcorn.  Melt Chocolate Chips.  Drizzle over popcorn.  Sprinkle with Reese's Pieces.  Allow to set up.  Break up and eat.

Try other toppings.  We also like White Almond Bark and Butterscotch Chips sprinkled with M&M's.

a quick, yummy treat

8-10 cups of popped GOLD MINE POPCORN
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
salt

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.  Place popped popcorn in a large bowl.  On the stove top heat butter and sugar.  Once the sugar is dissolved add the cinnamon and vanilla.  Pour over popcorn and stir until evenly coated.  Pour popcorn onto a large cookie sheet and sprinkle with salt.  Bake in oven for 10 minutes.  Let cool, if you can!  Enjoy!
